- Can robots work alongside existing staff?
- That is the intended model for many projects. Roles, routes, supervision and exception handling are designed with the site team and validated before routine use.
- What support is available after deployment?
- Support, maintenance, monitoring and update arrangements are agreed for each project. The exact service level depends on the selected system and location.
- How do you handle privacy and security?
- Data flows, hosting, access, retention and security controls are reviewed for each solution. Applicable requirements and responsibilities are documented before deployment; no single control set is assumed for every system.
